Once you've signed our service agreement, our conversion team swings into action. Depending on your specific needs, we quickly examine your credentialing needs and begin the process of making any necessary changes. Sometimes the payers move slower than we'd like, but our experienced credentialing staff will speed the process through as quickly as possible. While this is being done, we're establishing your computer data set, loading your fee information into the computer and training our staff on the needs of your practice. Everything we do is highly customized to meet your specific needs! We'll also spend considerable time with your front office staff. We'll review superbills, train on co-pay collection policies and all the various elements of our billing system that will effect them. You'll experience minimum disruption and maximum efficiency.
